• Bookings must be made at least 7 working days prior to your expected arrival date. All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is only confirmed once full has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

• Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and supplier terms.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed deposit schedule before services are rendered.

• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• VBS Concierge Services assists with travel documentation but is not liable for delays or rejections by official authorities.

7. Liability & Responsibility

• VBS Concierge Services acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).

• We are not liable for service disruptions, delays, cancellations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance for added protection.

8. Code of Conduct

• Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination they are visiting.

• Any misconduct or illegal activity may result in service termination without refund.

9. Force Majeure

• VBS Concierge Services is not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events.
